We must be contacted first before any returns or refunds can be issued. All types of PRINTS are custom made to order so print sales are final and returns are not accepted. A no charge replacement or refund will be provided for any prints with quality/or damaged in shipping issues. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions. ORIGINAL ARTWORK may be returned within 7 days and must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We will provide a return shipping with insurance label. The final refund will be minus the return shipping/insurance fees and also include a 15% restocking fee charge. CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED ART WORKS cannot be returned. GIFT CARDS are not redeemable for cash.
