kathy morawski From a lifetime of being surrounded by horses it's only natural that horses star in or sneak into Kathy’s art. Whether it's an equine portrait drawing or an assemblage piece made from found objects, odds are there's a horse involved. She’s also drawn to incorporate words and letters in her art and was fortunate to have the experience of combining her love of horses, art and words to create the Quarter Horse for the popular Trail of Painted Ponies collection. Kathy’s recent work has been exploring life experiences and the clues that cross her path, becoming her own versions of “conversations with source”. Main themes incorporate letters, words, music, rocks, and horses, but since life is always expanding, the art evolves with it.
